History & Discovery

A handful of this beautiful and unique trees grow in the the Nant Porth nature reserve near Bangor. The site is a limestone outcrop on the banks of the Menai straits, quarried in the 19th century. Confined to this tiny location, it is one of the rarest and most endangered tree species in the UK.

All proceeds go towards the North Wales Wildlife Trust.
